I went to this place with my nephew because I’m visiting from New Zealand and my receiver on my left hearing aid broke so we went in to inquire. The lady at the desk took one look at it and said in a tone I’ve never seen these aids before sorry can’t help you and I would have to wait till I got back to nz then just ignored us and walked over to the next customer. She was rude and not very nice towards me she could have at least told me what to do next because we had no idea. Not good customer service at all.
