The staff at Amplifon Smithfield are fantastic. I am always greeted with a big smile from the efficient & friendly Jeanne. Tanika is so incredibly knowledgeable and so patient with explaining everything. I always come away knowing that I have been listened too.
Having being wearing hearing aids since 2008, I have had both good and bad experiences. I knew it was time to upgrade my aids but was somewhat reluctant to do so . However I was very impressed with the advice, explanations and service I received from Tamika at Resound Smithfield and am very happy with the aids I purchased. I appreciated the 14 day trial, which meant I could test them out over the Christmas festive period in a few different festive environments.
We had an excellent experience getting my father’s hearing checked and fitted with hearing aids. The audiologist was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the test results and the entire process in detail, which really put us at ease. Very professional, caring, and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!
