Extremely pushy and deceptive! If I could give 0 stars I would. Be weary of their deceptive, high pressure sales tactics used on vulnerable older pensioners. They push their expensive products, even when told it’s unaffordable. The staff at this store should be ashamed themselves and their treatment of the elderly, just close a sale. It borders on elder abuse!
My grandpa purchased hearing aids roughly 4 years ago from this business. His hearing aids stopped charging properly and would run out of battery fast. He went back and was told he would need to purchase new hearing aids- BUT the lady didn’t even look at the hearing aids before making this decision! She offered my grandfather the most expensive hearing aids in their range and was very pushy for him to sign a contract , despite him saying he wanted time to think.
