Dr Vibhu is a great person to deal with as I found him very honest and effective. I do recommend anyone to visit him
I went to this store and had a hearing test and was thinking about getting hearing aids. But I moved out of the area and organized my hearing aids with another store. It has been several years now and I’m harassed daily by a telephone service asking me to make another appointment at Ryde store for hearing aids . I have given over my personal details to have me taken off the their telephone harassment service !!!But still I receive daily calls using different numbers . Excellent service! After discussing my individual circumstances with the audiologist (I have a condition that has drastically diminished hearing in one ear), I was offered a number of options and had everything explained to me. Once I had made a decision how to proceed, I had the hearing aid ready to go & fitted in no time at all. Dr. Grover has been extremely helpful, and has been instrumental in providing me with the best solution possible!
We would like to thank Dr. Vibhu Groves for being patient and professional in providing excellent care for my dad. Even though my dad couldn't speak English, Dr. Vibhu was able to recommend the appropriate hearing aid model and made it very comfortable experience. Also, the price is affordable. We are very happy with the experience. Thank you from Liqing and Ming.
I feel Vibhu is knowledgeable and trying his best to use his skills and his PhD in Audiology which may come in handy though it is not relevant to the practical skills. The secretary (Kartun) is a real cartoon and is always walking around the shopping centre when Vibhu is not there. That is the time she should be in the shop to greet customers. The earlier ones are always there..
