We booked a hearing assessment online via Diabete Australia newsletter and provided our details online and over the phone. On the day, the consultation was bit rushed. The doctor simply said my mum’s ear was blocked by dry skin and the assessment didn’t go ahed. It ended up less than 5 min. Hence they suggested that we can return but better with the pension card. I went to this store and had a hearing test and was thinking about getting hearing aids. But I moved out of the area and organized my hearing aids with another store. It has been several years now and I’m harassed daily by a telephone service asking me to make another appointment at Ryde store for hearing aids . I have given over my personal details to have me taken off the their telephone harassment service !!!But still I receive daily calls using different numbers .
