Britney the audiologist presented to me as a very smart, confident, pleasant person. This is my first hearing aid I knew thanks technically new. I haven’t had this experience with any hearing aid I’ve had before. Britney presented to me as a friendly, an expert in the field and I felt at ease all the time with her. She is very smart person and also you can feel at ease all the time at the process of assessing your hearing. The equipments also are very modern. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Took my elderly parents to Amplifon Roselands, a few weeks ago. The service we received can only be described as superior. At the front desk, Peter was remarkable in the way he communicated, he treated my parents with such respect and patience and was very professional during our interaction. Alexandra McConnel is an amazing Audioligist. She is very professional, knowledgeable and have a big smile and huge heart. Never said no to my repeated requests in fixing my hearing aid. Always ready to help and make my experience in hearing amazing. She is an amazing professional and a people person. She is with no doubt an asset to the Bay Audio business.
