I came in today after Sarah greeted me and helped me with something I didn’t even know I needed help with! The customer service was outstanding and Sarah was so caring and patient with me. I will be brining my family in for a test with Sarah, she is so helpful.
I had a wonderful experience with this hearing aid shop when I took my mum there. The staff were absolutely amazing — kind, patient, and very professional. Britny was respectful, caring, and took the time to make sure my mum was comfortable and understood everything. Britney the audiologist presented to me as a very smart, confident, pleasant person. This is my first hearing aid I knew thanks technically new. I haven’t had this experience with any hearing aid I’ve had before. Britney presented to me as a friendly, an expert in the field and I felt at ease all the time with her. She is very smart person and also you can feel at ease all the time at the process of assessing your hearing. The equipments also are very modern. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Took my elderly parents to Amplifon Roselands, a few weeks ago. The service we received can only be described as superior. At the front desk, Peter was remarkable in the way he communicated, he treated my parents with such respect and patience and was very professional during our interaction.
