I came here with partner for routine check for his work. Clean shop, good location and friendly team.
I have to say it’s one of the best Amplifon shops that I have been in . John was amazing as he fixed my hearing aids and I’m back being human again and Sara was incredible as well. They were so nice and helpful . Definitely coming back here again .
Sarah greeted us warmly and professionally upon arrival for the participant’s hearing check. She had a lovely smile and was very friendly throughout the appointment. Sarah communicated well with the participant, engaging positively while he was joking and using funny words, which helped him feel relaxed and comfortable during the visit. I came in today after Sarah greeted me and helped me with something I didn’t even know I needed help with! The customer service was outstanding and Sarah was so caring and patient with me. I will be brining my family in for a test with Sarah, she is so helpful.
I had a wonderful experience with this hearing aid shop when I took my mum there. The staff were absolutely amazing — kind, patient, and very professional. Britny was respectful, caring, and took the time to make sure my mum was comfortable and understood everything.
