Today I travelled for my 1:30 appointment at Amplifon’s Footscray office following email confirmation of an online appointment. I arrived at 1:20 to see the door locked, office dark and a "closed, come back later" sign up. As I was early, I went for a walk and came back at 1:30, still closed, rang the bell several times then called the 1800 number. Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They conducted themselves professionally when an idiot client thought it was his place to shout out a totally unnecessary and insulting remark. Good for you ladies
Staff at Amplifon Reservoir are very professional, helpful and caring. The hearing aids work well. The way they did things was in our best interest.
