Service done at Cooma NSW November 2023 second appointment at Cooma December 2023 forgot the hearing aids, molded ear plug were done but couldn't be fitted no hearing aids. Were asked to send them to Bundaberg Qld. Asked a day before the appointment in Bundaberg nothing had been sent from Quesnbeyan. This was over a period of a 2 months. Also DVA still waiting for the tests I did. (Since November 2023) not happy
