I attended the Penrith office to have my hearing checked in June 2025. I attended, learned I needed to see an ENT, and assured them that if I needed further assessment I'd be in touch. There was nothing wrong with that meeting. HOWEVER I have now received at least four phone calls, six text messages and as many emails, asking me to book in my next assessment.
