Absolutely impeccable service from Brooke who looked after my Mum with care, attention, and good humour. Thank you so much. 2 years later: Brook left, and the customer service became absolutely terrible. But now (Nov 2024) new receptionist and new audiologist James, and it's back to 5 stars.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We have been attempting to resolve an issue with a faulty hearing aid for 3 months. Despite multiple attempts to contact both the store and head office, nobody ever returns calls or emails. It is literally impossible to talk to the store manager Shirley. The receptionist promises Shirley will call you back, but never does. We are at our wits end trying to sort this out. Do not deal with this company ever, it isn’t worth it.
