The staff were very helpful and the new hearing aids are a vast improvement on the old ones.
I took my mum for new hearing aids after her previous providers were unable to help her. I resorted to writing notes to her because she could not hear well. Seedha at Amplifon Pakenham was fantastic with my mum and showed concern with my mum's hearing loss. It's been 2 weeks since my mum brought her hearing aids and I no longer need to write notes as she can hear me and my dad. Seedha said my mum's hearing would not be perfect but I am happy she can hear me.
