Very poor customer service Booked appointment and then someone call me just 15 mins before to say they don’t provide service to under 18yr. And lady talked like they don’t care about any.
It was my first time here and I found them to be wonderful and so helpful. Finding out that I did have some hearing loss was frustrating as it's getting harder and harder to hear. Hopefully they can help with this.
Would like to thank Nadine l popped into store for a quick question & was treated with the utmost respect & had several issues delt within minutes. This lass is a credit to your business she went well above & beyond. Cheers Lass
