I signed up for a hearing test with Amplifon and arranged an appointment in Ocean Shores NSW 2483. The person there did not introduce themselves or give any indication of what might transpire but produced a form for my signature indicating that I would now use Aplifon for my hearing aids, no hearing test no diagnosis of my condition no indication of products or services available without signing the form no assistance whatsoever was provided. Very unprofessional and off putting.

I purchased hearing aids at Ocean Shores Amplifon a year ago and was impressed by the service at that time. My dog recently found the hearing aids on a table and proceeded to chew off the plastic tubes and damaged a battery holder. I took the remains back to Amplifon where they got the battery holder working and replaced the tubes, all free of charge! Highly recommended. (They couldn't do anything about the tooth marks though.)
