Staff are very nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
Wouldn't consider going there again. What a mess! Nothing happened other than me cracking it an walking out. Unfortunately for me couldn't hear their quiet voice. Just an audiologist working for 3 years. Couldn't understand I couldn't understand her well. So just got up said bye I wouldn't be back. No more amplifon for me! Kept repeating things I didn't want them over and over again. Rang Canberra gave up on that that too was a waste of time. I let amplifon know too. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!
Had a hearing test was told it was all free at the time of booking and then after the hearing test I was told that I needed to pay $110 for the report to be sent to the GP. I was not informed at the time of appointment and after paying the amount they couldn't even get my details correct on the bloody report had to call and email several times to get it rectified!! Extremely disappointing
Had my first ever hearing check with Amplifon and was lucky enough to be looked after by Craig. He was fantastic and made me feel at ease during the whole experience, highly recommended
Craig was extremely helpful in scheduling the appointment and the audiologist Manalee Shah was kind and friendly. This store has good people and friendly vibe..
