I have just visited Noosa Fair Amplifon hearing and was in tears when I left. I had lost all hearing in my left ear and had been to my doctor earlier. He had requested an urgent hearing test was needed. When I got to Amplifon Noosa Fair I was rudely spoken to and turned away as the audiologist was too busy. Duty of care was non existent.
I'm here in Noosa as a guest from Germany. A problem with my Amplifon device was resolved surprisingly professionally and quickly. The employee was very competent and friendly and helped me a lot. Such service is rare in my country! Thank you.
OMGoodness we called in here to try to sort out my 97 year old Dads hearing aides and were treated with the lovely Mel T on the desk , Mel was fantastic she assessed the problem and in minutes we left with them working perfectly, after she had given them a thorough once over, even replacing wires 🤯.. i was so impressed with this exemplary service .... if i end up needing hearing aides in the future I will definitely be coming back to Amplifon Noosa Heads
Buyer beware. I had a bad experience trying to buy a specific set of hearing aids over the last few weeks. I was after the most up-to-date technology, and I provided the store with the details. While the staff were very nice, I was given products to trial that were supposed to match the specifications of my desired product, but didn't. This happened twice.
