On time, polite and helpful and they did not push the purchase of products when deemed not necessary. The hearing test seemed thorough. All was as expected and no cost was incurred for the appointment.

Had problems with my left hearing aid all over Christmas..I googled it today 3.1.23 and the sight said it was open.. so decided I would come to Colonades and get my hearing aids looked at..so disappointed when I got there there was a sign saying nit open till 2pm
I visited the shop 5 minutes after the lunch time. The lass was letting a client out and closed the door but saw me. She opened the door and told me it was the lunch break, but that I could come in. She fixed my hearing aid problem and was very professional, (in her lunch break). She provided excellent service with a smile and is to be congratulated.
