A couple of weeks ago when I was in a bit of a pickle - and I experienced the wonderful community spirit of this local business in Neutral Bay shopping village and want people to know about the generosity of the receptionist Tammy fronting this business for Amplifon. I had just received a cochlear implant in my right ear and was absolutely dependent on the hearing aid in my left ear and the rechargable battery unit just died which meant my left hearing aid couldn't be charged and left me profoundly deaf! Outstanding customer help from Tanvi and Tammy
I have had a terrible time one way and another Loosing AIDS that were too big for my ears etc Then the audiologist Tanvi took over my case and I have had enormous results as she managed to secure the RIGHT Hearing AIDS for ME. She has Alleviated A lot of my problems She even Discovered a piece of the Hearing Aid in my ear which the Doctor had enormous trouble getting out. Tammy, the receptionist, has always been most courteous and helpful.
