My last visit to your Mount Barker store was not as pleasant as other visits. I was kept waiting for 15mins whilst the receptionist was on the phone and she served other clients in between. Should have been a 15 minute visit, ended being 45 mins ☹️
Still waiting for service for my Hearing Aids since I received them about 2 years ago. Apparently because it's not a private purchase but through Workcover I have to wait longer.
My husband went to the Mt Barker branch today. He has trouble hearing when there is any background noise. After being in the clinic room for 8 minutes which included questions and a hearing test, he was told that his hearing was within the normal range although at the lower end. The girl that said there was nothing they could do and he would just have to put up with it. To tell people to look at him and speak clearly or just don't go out. Went in today to quickly get a hearing test. The very nice lady quickly fit me in and gave my as well as explained how I went. Thank you very much
Amplifon have been fantastic! I needed to secretly organise a multi mic (would absolutely recommend this device for those with hearing aids who struggle in cafes/restaurants) for my step father. Heather was brilliant in her research, follow up and communication. The whole experience was wonderful. Thanks so much to Heather and Amplifon Mt Barker!
