Got hearing aids in January and they have made such a difference. My appointment was excellent - was treated well and felt I was understood. I was not rushed & left with confidence on how to use and care for my hearing aids. Had a follow up appointment to make sure the settings & fit were good, and had my questions answered. A really good team from start to finish.
I’ve had the pleasure of seeing firsthand how welcoming and caring the team at Amplifon Morwell is. Dianne and Lacy are fantastic at the front desk and consistently make customers feel comfortable and looked after. I have come in a few times to collect batteries for my dad and it's a great experience and laugh everytime. The audiologist is also exceptional—professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring with his patients. My dad is happy to take the time and come to his hearing appointments.
Accommodating and easy to deal with
The specialist was a friendly guy and he was very experienced with his knowledge of the product that he was handling. He was also efficient to. The staff always friendly and helpful.
Very happy with my new hearing adds they are more comfortable than my previous ones and also easier to fit. I think Amplifon Morwell is a good place to start if you think you need hearing aids. Great service they offer and the staff are really lovely.
