We are very happy with the service that we got from this company. They spent time with us and made sure that we’ve got the correct product. We have heard so many stories that hearing aids don’t work in certain situations but my wife found at this hearing aid works good in most situations including noisy group settings

I turned up on time for an appointment. I was on my own in the waiting room. After 15 minutes another client walked in. After enquiries why the delay. The later client was seen to in front of me.. At that moment I cancelled my appointment never to return. Service was totally unacceptable.

My dad got his hearing aids through Amplifon. We are on our third set the first two were faulty/useless and not configured correctly. The third set is also useless and we had it checked by another hearing device provider the transmitter was faulty and wasn't working. We tried to purchase a partner mic for the hearing aids they sold him and were told they can no longer help us. Complete rubbish don't waste your time with this provider—appalling customer service.
