Shocking.
We had an extremely disappointing experience with this Amplifon clinic. The customer service was consistently poor, always made to feel like nothing more than a number rather than a valued client. The hearing aids received were unreliable from the start. They were sent in for repairs repeatedly—so often that they spent more time in the repair shop than in my ears. My experience with Amplifon has been extremely disappointing, mainly due to very poor customer service. I would not recommend them. I’ve spent more time dealing with repairs than actually using my hearing aids. Which says everything about the quality of both the product and service. There have been constant issues—sound cutting out, poor clarity and repeated malfunctions.
