Very helpful and knowledgeable people to deal with
Given my parents are elderly they wouldn't be able to write this review and i imagine other elderly who might of encountered similar diss respectful attitude also relocating their care and unable to write a review so i'm writing it. My elderly parents were not given the respect nor kindness i would expect when they asked questions. The audiologist at Moonee Ponds, Rachel, was brilliant. Caring Considerate Clear and exceptionally knowledgeable. Years of avoiding hearing aids, associated self consciousness and fear, evaporated under Rachel's guidance and caring attitude. Natalie at reception is eager to assist and very knowledgeable. The offer of ongoing help and support is appreciated and comforting. I have no hesitation in recommending Amplifon Moonee Ponds
I can’t speak too highly of the professionalism, level of care , time and attention I always receive from the staff at Moonee Ponds Amplifon, especially from Rachel who is outstanding.
