An excellent experience. The young lady attending to my case, Jemma Millar, is always helpful, supportive, extremely knowledgeable regarding the product in question and utterly professional. I recommend Amplifon where ever I can, as service of this high quality is, indeed, rare to find.
Absolutely terrible service. I went to attend an appoint first at Sutherland and upon arriving I was told that the audiologist couldn’t see DVA clients. I was rescheduled, arrived again and then told the audiologist was sick. I was then sent to Miranda and three months later they have not been able to provide my results to the referring doctor. Ignored emails, never return calls or answer the phone. Stay away from Amplifon
My elderly parents both needed hearing aids and were each reluctant. Gemma was absolutely fantastic with both of them. Kind, understanding and explained everything to them, making them feel confident and reassured. Brooke is fabulous. Friendly and welcoming, professional. What a positive experience!! Gemma and Brooke are a wonderful team. Couldn't recommend them high enough. Thank you so much.
