After having a brilliant exceptional professional experience at the Wollongong Amplifon Store and ( would highly recommend to everyone) , I cannot say the same for the Amplifon Westfield store. While shopping at Westfield on Saturday, my hearing aid indicated low battery. So I went to the closest Amplifon which was the Westfield store, to my detriment. Do not provide your phone number; if you decide not to proceed with services after "a free hearing test" you will be hounded with spam calls for years. It has been 3 years since i had my free hearing test, and after requesting to be removed from the calling list multiple times I am still receiving calls!

Very pleased with new replacements & upgraded hearing aids received 8 October 2025 from Amplifon Miranda NSW. Certainly very well modified mechanically & simple to operate, recharge & fits comfortably with clear written instructions included. Thanks also to Audiologist GEMMA MILLAR of Amplifon Miranda who guided me through with additional clear verbal instructions & technical advice on the new aids that are certainly a proven improvement overall...a happy recipient/client.
