Waiting for 57 min for my booked appointment at an empty reception desk, not impressed.
Closed for week due to training someone in Mildura went today and closed for a funeral spoke to Mildura about problem was abused indicating I was speaking to her rudely Not a very good representation of staff when I have a severe hearing disability
Wonderful ladies very helpful in assisting me very friendly went out off their way to help me with a broken tube highly recommended

Went to Amplifon Mildura with a hearing aid that did not work. Annoyed because I did not get a call back and we were on a small holiday. Door on the shop was only partly open and I pushed my way in. I was greeted immediately and given the BEST service. Seems they were actually not open that day as they were moving premises and still had no phones connected. So friendly, helpful and gave me their full attention while fixing my hearing aid immediately. Cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want great service with a smile... read more
