Initially the move from Inala to Middle Park went well as Alyson had moved over from Inala and I was very happy to deal with her. After she left the service degraded, I was told I had to live with the replacement ear wire due to a fault under warranty that couldn't be changed to another one that didn't cause me pain in one ear. It couldn’t have been more positive. Harriet explained everything clearly, helped me set-up my phone and to be comfortable with my hearing aids.
Harrassing phone calls from the reception has turned the experience sour. Management need to do a performance review asap. This is not how you treat client.
