It’s becoming a very disappointing experience going to Amplifon in general. I keep on having issues with the device. Different audiologist suggest different apps. There is no set standard of service. One of my device stopped working before the long weekend. Called left a message. No call back. Today I went in to get it fixed. Hate this place Went for a hearing test Not impressed Since then I have been bombarded with calls Asked to be put on do not call list but they keep calling I am At my wits end with them Why can’t they put in my file do not call They won’t stop calling I tried at first to say I was not happy with their service and I won’t use them but they still call I’ve been rude to them thinking they might put me on a bad customer list but no they keep calling I hate them
I went for a test once, the next day, my left ear got infected, even though I had no complaints, they even called me today, I said thank you, there is no need.
