Huge thanks to Lynette and Hally at Amplifon. Dad had a problem with his hearing aid while on holiday from Australia. They were super helpful and friendly and had it fixed in no time.
Highly recommend Amlifon Buderim. Particularly Lachlan who went above and beyond to facilitate new hearing aids for me when the previous ones disappointingly underperformed. He is an absolute professional and so personable.
My dear uncle was visiting from Darwin. He had an issue with one of his hearing aids and the team at Amplifon Buderim were awesome. They helped him with all the patience and kindness required to help a man who lives off grid. Thanks ladies 🤠
I highly recommend the services of Amplifon, Buderim. Lachlan, my audiologist was very professional, personable and adept at his job. He has a friendly manner and explained everything very well so that I really understood the difference between what the various hearing aids had to offer. He worked with me and extended the time I had in trialling the particular hearing aids so that I was very happy with my final decision. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my end purchase.
Lachlan and the the staff amplifon provided exceptional customer service to my father over the last few years. Highly recommended!
