Poor performance, and most unhelpful. I came in a few weeks ago and changed my appointment. Arrived today and the ladies said I had not been in and changed it, funny that I distinctly remember going in and changing the appointment 🤔 not happy with this experience and especially when they more or less accused me of lying 😳
