The service was extremely friendly and professional, just when I collected my new hearing aids to try this was in the month of May they had to make a few adjustments. After this was completed I kept the set , but later was advised that I was not eligible for the $1200 discount, I found this not to have been accepted by myself

BEWARE CAUTION I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. My experience with Joshua Mitchell was extremely disappointing. Poor performance, and most unhelpful. I came in a few weeks ago and changed my appointment. Arrived today and the ladies said I had not been in and changed it, funny that I distinctly remember going in and changing the appointment 🤔 not happy with this experience and especially when they more or less accused me of lying 😳
