Very professional and courteous.
I seriously don’t understand when you have people over the phone trying to make appointments but their in lala land, 4 times I have requested to book me in anytime after 3pm and after going through everything I get a message and booked for 2pm, I called back your customer service and I canceled all together after telling me it’s a technical error which I don’t believe.
