Took my housemate in today to get his ears tested. These guys were brilliant they did a good job and they fit it in with free hearing aids bulk billed. Very good customer service highly recommended
Very aggressive sales tactics. They called and texted multiple times before my appointment to "remind me". I went with a free trial of hearing aids and returned them on the day my trial finished. Three months later, they tried to tell me I never returned them and sent a letter of demand for $8000. I let them know I had video evidence of returning them, and then they managed to find the "lost" hearing aids within an hour. I am delighted with the Professional Care from Amplifon in Kippa-Ring, Receptionist staff was fantastic booked me in for my hearing test, thereafter assisted with Batteries supplies, Domes & Tubing accessories, prompt, efficient & effective. I’ve brought my hearing aids previously lasted well over 8 years never had any issues with Amplifon services before.
