I have been waiting for 8 days for refund $1349.30 & still no refund I have called accounts department as advised by your office. Please check where this refund is at
I was told that the hearing aids were free (trial) for 30 days. However the finance department associated with Amplifon has set a direct transfer within 7 days.
Went for a hearing test with the lady with tattoos, Jess I think? She was so friendly and helpful. Made the process so quick and easy
