I went for a hearing test 2 months ago to be told I need hearing aids so I was fitted on the day. The lady told me my hearing aids would be $6984 which I couldn't afford as. I am only on a disability pension i asked could I ring my husband to get advice but he was at work and couldn't talk to me so the lady told me that the aids were on sale and I needed to choose there and then so I purchased them on our credit card which I couldn't afford but I was pushed into this sale. Staff at Kings Meadows were great to deal with however my mother was sold the most expensive hearing aids and was advised she could return with in 30 days if she was not happy. She was not happy with the hearing aids and returned them. The process to get money back is so bad. Have been waiting over three weeks for funds to be returned. After contacting then was advised a of error with there accounting department had occurred. So be ware quick to take funds no so quick to return.
