Lovely staff. The audiologist is a super sweet lady, she is very patient and listens to concerns, questions and explains things in a very easy to understand manner.

Amplifon booking people call late at night and be arrogant and rude about it: "I don't know when people go to bed in Australia." he said to me. Amplifon, this is not a new issue and you choose to do nothing about it. You will certainly not get any business from us.
These people phone you at all hours of the day and night over and over to make another booking despite being told multiple times that you will contact when you are ready. Their testing is good but their other support IS VERY VERY BAD!!! DO NOT USE!!! GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR OWN PEACE AND SANITY!!!!
