Left a hearing aide with Kingaroy office for minor repair said approx. 2 days...rang this morning to check on progress after a week was told by women at front desk..." i just returned from holidays and doing stock take so haven't looked at it" I ask " dosen't customer service come before stock take...reply..." i'll get to it after stock take" Service non existance..would not recommend this business to anyone...will be going else where..

Amplifon booking people call late at night and be arrogant and rude about it: "I don't know when people go to bed in Australia." he said to me. Amplifon, this is not a new issue and you choose to do nothing about it. You will certainly not get any business from us.
