I popped in for a hearing test at Amplifon in Katoomba and was really impressed with the service. William at the front desk was kind, patient, and very helpful. I even saw him assist an elderly lady, opening the door for her and helping her to her car. It’s rare to see such genuine care—thank you, William, for making the experience so positive!
My left hearing aid is still falling out and my ear is getting quite sore from pushing it in all the time. I nearly lost it on a train yesterday. Otherwise Im happy with the service. They are easy to get on appointment and professionally very good
