I got what I made the appointment for quickly. I needed an audiogram done, and sent to my general practitioner, so my experience with Amplifon was a productive one.
Terrible customer service! Family has been attending this place for many years first with our father and subsequently own appointments. Order in the wrong hearing device and then flatly refuse to accept responsibility for the error. Appointment made for a Monday morning, no follow up with patients to confirm that they have received the appointment time. Then when you attend for the appointment advise you didn't respond to their message which wasn't received until after closing time on a Friday and then ask you to reschedule ... read more
