I am very dissapointed I have an issue with my phonak hearing aids, I believe the issue is the problem with the people that service the aids and not Amplfon. I have had my aids sent away to be fixed twice. When you remove them from the charger they should swith on, they don't, meaning I have to do it manually. twice they have come back not fixed. This last time they came back and was told to fully charge them before use and that they would be ok, so I just took them home didn't look at them. After charging they didn't swith ... read more
