Great experience
Great service. Receptionist was super friendly and the Audiologist was thorough and professional. Bulk billing available too.
Came in on a Tuesday to book a hearing test and one of the reception staff told me to come in on Friday and that i don't need to book an appointment. Came in on the Friday and they told me that they have booked me in for Wednesday? During my appointment one of the reception staff was walking around saying that she lost my doctors referral for the hearing test. The Audiologist was great though, she was professional and kind however, the reception staff is garbage at their job and really need improvement.
