Good service all good
My mother had to leave one of her hearing aids for repair on December 15th, still no news and I cannot even get Amplifon Horsham to call me back. My mum is really struggling as she's extremely hearing impaired. Disappointing!!
I find the hearing aids very comfortable to wear when I've got them on. There are times when they are annoying when I do different things, such as putting on and off ear muffs. Pulling off a jumper and forgetting I've got them in. At times with the app I have to readjust the volume.
The service was impeccable.
