Excellent and informative service, in my case from Christy at the Newcastle office, who patiently guided me through the process from hearing test to fitting of the hearing aid and follow-up. Great personnel and a great product. I love the Bluetooth feature so I can listen to music on the go.
I just went to my appointment today for the first time, and was so taken with the whole staff. John was very knowledgeable and so pleasant and easy to talk to. The ladies at the front desk were both lovely and helpful. I am so glad I went and I will recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you to all!!!
I emailed them on Feb 22 wondering if I might qualify for the disability tax credit. Despite two phone calls, only 1 of which was responded to, a follow up email, a visit to their office and a promise to ensure that I would we contacted, this still has not happened. I find this very poor customer service. Update: They contacted me and scheduled an appointment that afternoon and we were able to complete the application. That was a pleasant experience despite the delay.
