Phonak Audio Sphere were driving me crazy Every time the volume went up on TV, the volume of the Phonak hearing aids went up and the noise from the fan in my office was coming in my left ear, in the right ear, the noise of the washing machine from the laundry room with the door closed was coming in. Listening to music or TV was was a nightmare. After 2 adjustment trip to the Audio Center, I asked for the hearing aids to be replaced. Not a good experience.
