I highly recommend the Amplifon Clinic in Whitby. I visited the clinic this past winter as my Oticon hearing aids were old and starting to fail. At that time, I mentioned my difficulty hearing speech in loud settings and was recommended a pair of Phonak hearing aids with an AI chip. These have been a game changer! Fusha (HID) and Pam (front desk) are a pleasure to deal with; and have taken a genuine interest/concern in my personal hearing impairment issues. Rob

I have been an Amplifon client since April 2022. My initial location was Amplifon Courtice but changed to the Whitby location. I am thrilled with my decision. Trisha and Pam are wonderful and welcoming. They have managed my issues with true professionalism and take the time to answer your questions and concerns. They are a 5+ for me.
Someone else wrote about being an Amplifon client for 10 years?? Since I bought from the same location four years ago the name has changed three times and so have the audiologists. Hearing centre, Miracle ear, now Amplifon. Oleana was wonderful but is long gone. Fabulous Pam may be gone as well as I left a message for her but did not hear back. Have not had much luck with customer service, spent over $2000 on a hearing aid that has never worked right, they keep wasting my time on return visits that accomplish nothing. So I called them beciase my hearing aid keeps turning off and on repeatedly, they said they spoke with manufacturer and they were making me a new one. After 5 weeks passes they emial me to say come in and get a loaner while your is shipped to Germany.
