Absolutely amazing service here, am always treated on a very understanding and personal level.
My mom was visiting from the States and needed assistance with her hearing aid. We stopped by without an appointment and Matt and the team were able to help us out. They were both very helpful and personable. Overall a great experience, highly recommend.
I'm a drummer, and wanted earplugs that reduced the level of sound from my kit without affecting the tonality. Matt got me fitted for musicians ear plugs, which was a quick process. I expected a two week wait for them to be made and shipped, but they arrived faster. I also got a set of filters for the plugs for when I go to concerts, which don't reduce the volume as much as when I'm behind the kit. They fit perfectly. They work perfectly.
