I would give this company a negative 10 and that's being generous! No one ever answers the phone! Even in their old location they had horrific customer service and now here in the new location - NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service! Dropped in from out of town and was fitted in without an appointment! My partner left either loaners while his were sent off for repair! So appreciated!
I went today for a hearing test that I needed done for a referral. I cannot say enough amazing things about the ladies there! Not only was i made so very comfortable but I was heard about all my problems and was given great advice. I highly recommend coming here!
