Amplifon, Goldfields Plaza Gympie. I recently took my Father-in-law (97years old) to have his Ear Aids mended, and was well cared for. However, I would like this business to get-with-the-times and Set-up Medicare on their payment system. Now all Seniors should well and truly be reimbursed by Medicare on the SPOT. How very inconvenient for Elders to chase their entitlement up themselves. Thank you kindly for your time and consideration.
I take my mum(92) and dad (89) to see Deepak at Amplifon Gympie! He has been amazing with them both, and went above and beyond to make life easier for them! He is a very caring man and we are very greatful of the time and effort he always gives us! Emma and Vivian at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful also! Thank you!

To the lovely lady at reception. My wife and I came in this morning 9/12 to get one receiver replaced on my hearing aids. She replaced both for me, gave me spares plus the filters and wished us Merry Christmas. A huge heart felt thank you for your kindness. There are still good people out there.
