My mum did a trial of hearing aids as she was unsure if she would benefit and was advised if retuned within 30 days she would get a full refund. When she returned them she was told she would receive a full refund within 30 days, however this did not happen and she was forced to call multiple times a week and also went in store multiple times after the 30 days as she had not received the refund. It is always such a pleasure to go to Amplithon Glenorchy. The receptionist is so friendly and welcoming and all of the audiologists who have attended me over the many years have been competent and professional. I would not ever go to another store. Well done Amplithon Glenorchy.
