I found my experience here terrible. I had been very sick and I was off balance and couldn't hear, I was told I had lost a lot of hearing, possibly meniares and come back here for hearing aids. No one helped me to the door as I could hardly walk. Very rude and insensitive. It turned out I don't have meniares not have I lost any hearing.

My mum wears hearing aids, isn't a customer of amplifon, and holidaying ij tas when here hearing aid stopped working - thinking it may have been a blocked filter. The woman behind the desk listened and understood the situation and even though not a amplifon customer offered to change the filter in the hearing aid. Although it did not solve the issue, the service was great.
Closed between 1.00pm and 2.00pm. Sign on the window said “sorry for the inconvenience” which I very much doubt.
