I really like this clinic; the staff, especially Kym, are attentive to listening to customers' needs. They use effective testing methods to assess proper hearing ability.
My elderly parents-in-law attended Amplifon's hearing check promotion in May after being told they would receive a supermarket gift voucher. Good thing. Why not? It is now almost August, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have still received nothing. We contacted the head office. The person on the phone said he knew about the promotion but had no information whatsoever and had no idea what was going on. Weird, right? We then contacted the Glen Waverley branch several times. It doesn’t make sense for Amplifon to charge $110 just to have the hearing test result to potential hearing aid customer sent by email. (to go see ear specialist before ordering hearing aid as suggested by Amplifon). They should have make it clear the test result is not free of charge upfront. Specsavers are charging $49 for one hour same detailed test (free report of test result by email same day). Pls choose carefully where to have your hearing test/hearing aid ordered.
