Service was good to start with. After purchasing $5000 hearing aids that broke after 6 months I returned them and waited 8 weeks until they called me to collect, when I collected they were the wrong ones didn't fit in the recharge case and the actual ear piece was missing, Reason given: that piece went to a different company for repair, even though that piece wasn't broken. Now 4 weeks later still no hearing aids and will not answer phone calls. " Just leave message is all I get"
