I want to publicly thank the two lovely and kind ladies, at reception , Kitty and Helen, who went above and beyond to help my aunt, Mrs Becker, who suffers from severe dementia, when she lost her hearing aids recently. My aunts carer informed me that both ladies were kind, professional and offered several solutions to my aunts dilemma. My aunts carer, Phillipa, was very impressed with their care and concern. Someone came in after me saying their appointment was at 9am and they were seen before me, my appointment was first in the morning at 8.40am, waited 20 minutes before even being acknowledged.
