Strongly recommend going elsewhere. This place is terrible.
Made a booking online. It said someone would call to confirm. As they didn't, I just went to the appointment as scheduled. They couldn't find my booking and berated me for doing it online. I was told that I shouldn't book online but call them instead. Online bookings apparently don't go anywhere. Why have a booking system online if you're not using it and it doesn't work. No confidence with this company when they can't even get a booking organised. No other customers in there, I think that says a lot!
Yasaman, what a PROFESSIONAL,very caring person, never to much trouble NO rush, very clear knowledge of their products, time for new hearing aids, Yasaman chose another brand ( PHONAK } so much better, Yasaman is excellent Audiogist and an asset to Amplifon Ferntree Gully, and also are the freindly staff at the front desk.
I am very happy with the service of my Oticon hearing aid but it had a problem with blue tooth connectivity. I have to reset the connection to the TV transmitter quite often while streaming.
