I am very happy with the service of my Oticon hearing aid but it had a problem with blue tooth connectivity. I have to reset the connection to the TV transmitter quite often while streaming.
Friendly staff
Came into the store today at Ferntree Gully, to get help with my Mum's hearing aids. Dehana was so so helpful... She not only fixed the aids on the spot for us but she explained how to fix them ongoing for the future. Very helpful, thank you so much
Johnathan was ever so caring & informative in helping mum with her hearing aids . Would highly recommend him to anyone .
