Yasaman, what a PROFESSIONAL,very caring person, never to much trouble NO rush, very clear knowledge of their products, time for new hearing aids, Yasaman chose another brand ( PHONAK } so much better, Yasaman is excellent Audiogist and an asset to Amplifon Ferntree Gully, and also are the freindly staff at the front desk.
I am very happy with the service of my Oticon hearing aid but it had a problem with blue tooth connectivity. I have to reset the connection to the TV transmitter quite often while streaming.

Came into the store today at Ferntree Gully, to get help with my Mum's hearing aids. Dehana was so so helpful... She not only fixed the aids on the spot for us but she explained how to fix them ongoing for the future. Very helpful, thank you so much
