I recently was fitted with hearing aids by Dr Vibhu Grover at the Epping NSW agency. The service I received from Vibhu and also the two ladies who work there, was outstanding. They have made the whole process so easy, it has been such a pleasure to have been looked after by them and the after sales service has been remarkable also. very well done Epping Amplifon. Geoffrey Scott .
I am disappointed with the service. I requested them to email my audio gram on the day when I had the appointment with the ENT specialist but never received it. Called again but the lady replied very arrogantly and hung up on me. I will never go to this store again.

I have problem with hearing aid battery with this provider. I have a contract of $65 per year which I can request battery any time when I need. However when I request it, sometimes takes more than a week to deliver. My home is only 20 minutes drive to this shop.
Excellent friendly service, professional setup and willing to assist. Staff made all efforts to fit an appointment in at short notice.
