So I had a ad pop up asking to register free hearing aid for age > 45+, so I registered with my personal info, usually I would not share personal data, but in this case I gave them benefit of doubt. after few days someone called me asking to book an appointment, which he said would be very thorough and they very busy bla bla... so earliest they have 2nd week of Jan [ie after a month approx]. Very kind and satisfied with staff's service.
We visited there today. receptionist lady (sorry don't remember her name) has been very nice. Vincent has been excellent; he was very professional, he has very good manner, he was very nice and patient.
I recently was fitted with hearing aids by Dr Vibhu Grover at the Epping NSW agency. The service I received from Vibhu and also the two ladies who work there, was outstanding. They have made the whole process so easy, it has been such a pleasure to have been looked after by them and the after sales service has been remarkable also. very well done Epping Amplifon. Geoffrey Scott .
I am disappointed with the service. I requested them to email my audio gram on the day when I had the appointment with the ENT specialist but never received it. Called again but the lady replied very arrogantly and hung up on me. I will never go to this store again.
