Ian, the audiologist here is extremely versatile, very friendly, explains clearly about the products. The ladies at the counter are so helpful, efficient, pleasant, have lightening fast services. I am more than happy with this office AND STRONGLY RECOMEND them to you, folks! Mr Be Duc Le

LEANNE what a joke of a receptionist! Not even an apology! How dare she! Messed up my mums appointments didn’t know how to double check and organise a date or time had me come in and tell my mum it wasn’t that day had people lining up waiting whilst she went to lunch didn’t greet people when she unlock the door! Get your act together I wonder when you higher people do you do reference checks!!!!!!

Carers and families beware: Amplifon Epping Plaza tried to sign my intellectually disabled friend up for an $11,000 payment plan for top of the line hearing aids, despite the fact that he was still paying off his existing hearing aids. They were taking advantage of him knowing fully that he would be adversely affected by this payment plan, and that he didn’t fully understand what he was getting himself into. My mum got her hearing aids from Amplifon in Epping. These were her 4th try and they are definitely the best and worth the money. Minh is such a beautiful man, so professional, so friendly and always wanted the best for my mum. He always went out of his way to make sure my mum was looked after in every way and that she was happy. He had so much patience. Totally recommend Minh for your next hearing aids.
