Rachel the audiologist was most professional, friendly and explained everything to me about my improved hearing. Also, Alison at reception always greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel comfortable. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hearing needs! Dom T
I recently took my mother to Amplifon Eltham for her 12-month checkup, and I was absolutely thrilled with the service we received. Both Rachel and Allison were incredibly professional, helpful, understanding, and patient throughout the entire appointment. They made my mother feel comfortable and well cared for, and their warmth and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and professional. They anticipated any questions before I could ask them and were patient and understanding. My new hearing aids have literally changed my life. I am so grateful. Their after sales service and follow up is exceptional.
Very satisfied with the customer service at Amplifon Eltham. Anytime I have even the smallest issue with my hearing aids, the staff are always patient and helpful. Initially I wasn't prepared to pay a lot of money for hearing aids, but the lady spent about half an hour with me, demonstrating different models without being pushy in any way, and the ones I eventually chose, although a lot more than what I wanted to pay, have been worth every cent.
We had a great experience with Rachel. She is very professional, friendly, and paid close attention to every detail. Highly recommended!
