The staff are wonderfully welcoming and professional. They anticipated any questions before I could ask them and were patient and understanding. My new hearing aids have literally changed my life. I am so grateful. Their after sales service and follow up is exceptional.
Very satisfied with the customer service at Amplifon Eltham. Anytime I have even the smallest issue with my hearing aids, the staff are always patient and helpful. Initially I wasn't prepared to pay a lot of money for hearing aids, but the lady spent about half an hour with me, demonstrating different models without being pushy in any way, and the ones I eventually chose, although a lot more than what I wanted to pay, have been worth every cent.
We had a great experience with Rachel. She is very professional, friendly, and paid close attention to every detail. Highly recommended!
