Had a really thorough test and James told me everything that was to happen, what help I needed and explained all options available. I received aids on the day and couldn't be happier. Have taken phone calls and able to hear with phone held away from face without speaker on!
Was given an appointment to attend clinic when I arrived, told no appointment had been made. I went to complain about my hearing aids given to me two years ago. Told I would have to have another test then see my doctor ,then wait for two years before I could get the earbuds I requested. I am 86 what a joke this company is.
